Charles Town Now has found a consultant to complete a redevelopment study on the opportunities for the East Washington Street Block. This study will consist of a market analysis, and pitch proposal for investors. It is imperative that we find the right investors to build upon our vibrancy and growth. 

The County has denied our request, so here is our response.
